As a reminder, on checking into the rooms we shall require you to produce a copy of the receipt, invoice and identification card.

Guide Bulletin To all Current & Admitted Students On Room Applications /Changes – Next Academic Year

We wish to inform all students (returning & 2024 admissions) who have intentions of being considered for bed spaces allocation in the next coming academic year that the accommodation application online system is now open.

Note that all students irrespective of the year of study must apply from which consideration shall be made.

In the online system ensure that you indicate all required details that will be helpful to us for allocation purposes.

Remember that if your current status is Part-time or Exclude,(applicable only to returning students) you are not eligible for consideration in the coming academic year. The other categories that are not eligible are those that are given Repeat Years when the current results come out.

We wish to inform you that we will endeavour to make room allocation as much fair, equal and uphold high levels of confidentiality. The allocation shall be done based as much as possible on the students’ room allocation guidelines.

For room changes, all students are also encouraged to make the applications for consideration by 10th June. No room change application should cite a room number but state the hostel you intend to go to only.

The deadline for Copperbelt University Accommodation Application is 30th JUNE.
