GRADUATION CEREMONY

The Graduation Ceremony of Mulungushi University will be held on Friday 10th November, at the Great North Road Campus, starting at 07.30 hours. All graduands who completed their studies in (or before, but have not yet graduated) are welcome to participate. Please note that eligibility for graduation is upon payment of ALL outstanding fees before 21st October, through Bill Master, ZANACO Bank using your student number.
Graduands are therefore requested to report to the Academic Office between Monday 23rd October, and Tuesday 31st October, from 09.00 hours to 16.30 hours to undertake the following:-

(i) Final Clearance by the University;

(ii) Registration for Participation in the Graduation Ceremony;

(iii) Payment of K260.00 Graduation Fee;

(iv) Collection of Invitation Brochures;

Further note that ALL graduands will be required to attend rehearsals on Wednesday 8th November, at 14.00 hours at the graduation grounds. Those individuals who will not attend rehearsals will not be allowed to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.

Graduands are advised to purchase or hire the academic dress from the Academic Office only. Please note that the last day to purchase or hire an academic dress will be Thursday, 9th November at 16.30 hours.

(b) Undergraduate
Purchase – K1, 600
Hire – K 800

Registration of photographers will be undertaken at the Academic Office between Monday, 30th October, and Friday, 3rd November.
Graduands are further informed that registration for participation in the ceremony WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED AFTER FRIDAY 3RD NOVEMBER
