How to Login to the UCC Admission Portal for 2024/25

Follow the steps below to access the UCC Admission Portal for 2025/2026 application portal.

Step 1:

Get an E- voucher: Before you can login into the admission portal you need to get an e-voucher which has a serial number and a pin. 

Step 2:

Open your web browser and type in the UCC official website https://ucc.edu.gh/home-edu-v1  . This link will lead you straight to the university’s admission portal.

Step 3:

Create an Account : You are required to have an e-mail account, you can however create an account if you don’t have using g-mail, yahoo, etc

Step 4:

Enter Your Bio-data: Here, you are required to provide some personal informative details like : your name, gender, country of residence, nationality, hometown, region of hometown, region of current residence, city/town of current residence, religious denomination, marital status, number of children if there is any, address of applicant, permanent home address, details of the sponsor of your education, details of parents, guardian or next of kin, sports information, disability information, past or present employment information.

Step 5:

Enter your Entry Information: Over here you are required to enter information such as: entry type, entry year and the application type.

Step 6:

Educational Background: Here you will be asked to enter another essential information like: Secondary/High school attended, the region in which your high school was located, name of your secondary school, the year in which you started the school, and you completed, qualification obtained, mode of application, past tertiary institution history, the duration of your extended exams.

Step 7:

Programme option: in this field you are supposed to provide information on the program you studied in high school, first program option, second program option and your third program option

Step 8:

Passport Picture: Finally you are required to upload a passport photo of yourself. The correct size of your passport photo should be: 640 px x 480 px. Head must be between 1 -1 3/8 inches (25-35 mm) from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head. The background of the Passport picture should be plain white. You can now access the application portal anytime to stay updated

Instructions:

  1. You can search using your first name only, your surname only, your programme or a combination of these.
  2. You will also need your applicant reference number in order to print out your letter
  3. If you are applying as a mature student, you need to use the index number that was given to you during the entrance examination
