We advise all graduation applicants to follow the graduation procedures as illustrated by the school. After confirming the graduation date, graduation applicants can then go ahead to check and download the Graduation list. Login to your UEW Student Portal to check your fees outstanding and clear yourself.

Graduands of UEW should check their graduation status and download the graduation list by following the procedures below;

  • Visit the UEW Graduation status portal on: https://uew.edu.gh/graduation/
  • Enter your surname or first name
  • Click on the Enter button to access the graduation list

Requirements For Issuance Of Certificates

Students should note that they shall be required to produce the following before their certificates are issued to them:

  • clearance forms
  • student identity card
  • Any valid national photo identification card

Note:

  • The closing date for the registration of the 2025/2026 graduation has not yet been released but we assure to communicate it to the general public once we get any hint on that, so please do well to bookmark this page for easy reference so that you don’t miss out vital information. However, it is assumed that registration is likely to end in JANUARY, 2025, at 12:00 NOON. No registration will be accepted after the deadline. Only those who have registered will be presented at the ceremony. Presentation will be en masse, except PhD and First class graduands.
  • Graduands should collect their academic gowns at the Faculty of Social Sciences Education Building, North Campus, Winneba.
  • The dress code for the Congregation is formal, e.g. for gentlemen, a tie and a shirt preferably with a jacket. Improperly dressed persons will not be presented at the ceremony. 
  • Graduands should be seated at the Congregation Venue by 8:30 am on the date of the Congregation in academic dress appropriate to their Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates.
  • There will be accredited photographers covering the event and graduands may obtain copies of their photographs at a fee.
  • Graduands are expected to produce their Clearance Chits and Student Identification Cards or any National Photo Identification Card to collect their Certificates.
