The mission is supported by a comprehensive Strategic Plan, upon which KCNP Departments base their strategic operational plans. Kenya Coast National Polytechnic is ISO Certified.

As an element of performance contracting which was introduced primarily for improving efficiency and effectiveness in the public institutions, ISO has made us fly to high heights in the provision and satisfaction of KCNP customer needs.
