Undergraduate Application Requirements
- Scanned copy of signed Application letter
- Scanned copy of proof of Nationality (Copy of Passport / National I.D Card)
- Admission letter clearly stating the program duration
- Approved Fee Schedule (2025/2026 Academic Year)
- Secondary School Certificate results (WASSCE, CTVET, and any other certificate recognized by Ghana Tertiary Education Commission GTEC) (where applicable)
- Previous academic term transcripts for continuing students (where applicable)
- The applicant must provide previous Undergraduate Certificate (Degree, HND, Diploma) and the corresponding transcript for applicants pursuing another Undergraduate certificate (Degree, HND) (where applicable)
Postgraduate Application Requirements
- Scanned copy of signed Application letter
- Scanned copy of proof of Nationality (Copy of Passport / National I.D Card)
- Scanned copy of admission letter clearly stating the program duration in it
- Scanned copy of approved Fee Schedule (2025/2026 Academic Year) – if not stated in the letter of admission
- Scanned copy of 1st degree certificate (Masters and PhD applicants)
- Scanned copy of other degree certificate (PhD applicants only)
- Scanned copy of previous transcript (Masters and PhD applicants only)
- Scanned copy of National Service Certificate where applicable (Masters and PhD applicants only)
- Copy of Curriculum Vitae (Masters and PhD applicants only).

Step 1
Registration:
- Enter your First Name
- Enter your Last Name
- Type in your Email
- Generate your password (NOTE: Must be at least 12 characters, including a number, an upper- and a lower-case letter and a special character.)
- Tick to accept the GETFund Application Policies and agree to GETFund Notifications.
- Click Register to get yourself into the system
Step 2
Login:
On the same GETFund Application Portal (https://getfund.scholarshipsplatform.com);
- Type in your Email or mobile
- Enter the password you generated
- Check “Remember Me” and click on “Log in”
