Chinhoyi University of Technology Entry Requirements – Chinhoyi University of Technology Entry Requirements 2025/2026

Applicants should have at least five (5) ‘O’ Level passes including English Language, Mathematics and at least two (2) ‘A’ Level passes in relevant subjects. Special Entry may be granted to applicants with a relevant Diploma. Persons aged at least twenty five (25) years for Males and twenty three (23) years for Females with relevant working experience may be considered under Mature Entry.

Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Animal Production and Technology (4 years)	‘A’ Level passes in Biology or Agriculture plus any of the following subjects: Chemistry, Geography, Mathematics or Physics
Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Agricultural Engineering Specialisations in Irrigation and Mechanisation (5years)	‘A’ Level passes in Mathematics or Physics plus any one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biology, Geography, Engineering Drawing, Technical Drawing, Computer Studies and Agriculture or Food Science.
Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Food Science and Technology (4 years)	‘A’ Level passes in Chemistry and any of the following subjects: Biology, Food Science, Mathematics or any approved equivalents.
Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Biotechnology (4 years)	‘A’ level passes in Biology, Chemistry and any of the following subjects: Mathematics, Geography, Physics or any Science subject.

Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Creative Art and Design (4 years)	2 ‘A’ Level passes one of which should be Art and Design. A National Diploma in Art and Design or a recognized teaching qualification with specialization in Art and Design.
Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Clothing Fashion Design (4 years)	2 ‘A’ level passes. A pass in Textiles & Clothing Design is an added advantage or an Advanced or National Diploma in a relevant field.
Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Fine Art (4 years)	2 ’A’ level passes. A pass in Art & Design at ‘A’ level is an added advantage. A National Diploma in Art and Design or a recognized teaching qualification with specialization in Art and Design.

Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Marketing (4 years)	2 ‘A’ Level passes. Preference will be given to passes in commercially related subjects like Management Of Business, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Geography, Statistics, and Computers.
