The E-Learning Discounted Bundle is an ideal solution for students and staff of educational institutions where the learning institution offers e-learning and online learning through educational resources available over the Internet.

To all Students:
There is a number of queries that have been sent to esupport@chuka.ac.ke which are similar and common to all.
What is my Email Address?
Every student has an email address created by the ICT department which is in the format: abs1.12345.18@student.chuka.ac.ke (replace with your registration number)
Go to Gmail and sign in.
What is my password?
Use the default password (student2022). All students’ passwords were reset to default. (update your phone number to enable you to recover your password in future. You can also add a recovery email).
I used the wrong registration details in KENET Registration.
Communication will be made through the student leaders and other official communication channels once received from KENET.
How do I amend/Edit my details?
There is no room for amending/editing the KENET registration form after submission. Take time and enter the details correctly and follow the registration procedure that has been provided.
How do I access my data bundles?
Communication will be done officially once received.
Are the data bundles free?
The data bundle are discounted but not free. The actual rate will be communicated once received. The current proposal is 10 GB for Kes 500/=.
Are students from other university campuses allowed to register for KENET discounted data bundles?
All Chuka University students are treated equally and can register using the provided procedure.
I am not receiving an Email after submitting/Verification link.
Check your spam folder for the verification link. Only valid institutional email address is accepted. other details must be entered correctly.
The value abs1.12345.18@student@chuka.ac.ke has already been submitted.
This means that you have already submitted your application. Multiple registrations is not allowed. In case you made an error, please wait until there is communication on/about registering again. There is no editing of the KENET registration form after submission.
How do I access the E-Learning content?
Open the University website (https://www.chuka.ac.ke), scroll to the ONLINE RESOURCES found at the bottom of the front page and click Moodle. Click Courses and Select your department then your group e.g. EB1 (Y1S2). Enter class username and password to log in ( Official communication on how to access the login credentials will be sent (to your emails/posted on the website) by 18/5/2022)
