The management of the Copperbelt University has released the names of graduands in Copperbelt University for the 2024 academic session. Copperbelt University Graduation List.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE GRADUATION CEREMONY

The Copperbelt University Senate invites all Graduating students to the Graduation Ceremony to be held on Wednesday, November, at 07:30 hours, at the Copperbelt University Riverside Campus.

Only students who have cleared with the University and paid a Certification fee of K250.00 will be allowed to graduate. Students are advised to confirm their participation in this year’s Ceremony with the Academic Affairs Office by Friday, November.

MODE OF PAYMENT

Cash Payment:

Graduands should deposit the certification fee using the Student Bill Muster (at any ZANACO Branch)

Graduating students shall be allowed to bring in strictly two (2) guests per person, invitation cards may be collected from the Academic Affairs Office from Friday, November. Briefing and rehearsals will be conducted on Tuesday, November at the Copperbelt University Multi-Purpose Facility at 14.30 hours. Graduands who do not participate in the rehearsals will be conferred their degrees/diplomas in absentia.

Graduating students wishing to hire or purchase Academic dress should contact the Academic Affairs Office. Only official photographers will be allowed in the graduation hall, other photographers will operate from designated areas.

NOTE THAT THE CEREMONY FOR ALL SCHOOLS AND THE DIRECTORATE OF DISTANCE

EDUCATION AND OPEN LEARNING WILL BE HELD ON THE SAME DAY
