We advise all graduation applicants to follow the graduation procedures as illustrated by the school. After confirming the graduation date, graduation applicants can then go ahead to check and download the Graduation list. Login to your KNUST Student Portal to check your fees outstanding and clear yourself.
The KNUST Graduation Ceremony 2024/25
For the information of 2024 graduates and the general public, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi announces that its 56th Congregation (Virtual) will take place on the month of November.
Graduates who finished their study programmes in August 2024 should pay the graduation fee at any of any the following banks: Standard Chartered Bank, ECOBANK, GCB, UBA, STANBIC Bank, CAL Bank, REPUBLIC BANK, ABSA Bank, and CBG. An individual is required to GHC 400.00 for the graduation
Congregation publications, graduation medals, certificate holders, university souvenirs, and administrative costs are all covered by the graduation fee.
Graduands are required to provide the following details at the Bank:
- Name
- Programme of Study
- Examination Index Number
- Student ID Number
- Contact Address
- Telephone/ Cell phone Number
- Email Address
KNUST Congregation Registration Procedure 2024/25
Students who wish to be presented for the virtual ceremony will be required to upload a decent portrait picture (in formal wear) using the students’ portal (apps.knust.edu.gh/students).
The deadline for picture upload is will be communicated very soon.

Graduands are expected to be seated THIRTY (30) MINUTES before the commencement of each Programme in the Academic Gown appropriate to their Programme of Study or College and worn preferably over a suit/jacket with a University Tie/Scarf or other suitable but decent dress.
