PCEA Tumutumu Hospital – Is a hospital was started by the Church of Scotland in 1909. It is owned and controlled by the Presbyterian Church of East Africa. As well as outpatient clinics, it provides general health care in nursing, surgery, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology.
The hospital has a teaching college that is entirely approved for the training of their respective courses by the Nursing Council of Kenya and the Kenya Nutrition and Dietetics Institute. The Guest House and Restaurant are external units.
