Kitui town Campus is located in Kitui town along Kilungya Street on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of John Ngonde Arcade, The campus provides regular, part-time/weekend and school-based modes of study for certificate, diploma, undergraduate and postgraduates levels. The current student population stands at 530. The campus provides Business, IT, Agriculture, Humanities, Environment, Public health and Water resource programmes for all levels of study.

Prof. Titus Kanui is currently the Director, SEKU Kitui Town Campus Previously, He holds a PhD from the University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Nairobi. He served as a High School teacher for a year and he has 38 years teaching experience in the university. He was Appointed Professor, School of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences SEUCO (2010), He also got appointed to act as Deputy Principal, Administration and Finance, SEUCO (2010). He was elected as Dean, School of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences, SEUCO (2011) now South Eastern Kenya University. He has also made a significant research and publication profile. He has over ten (92) articles in internationally peer-reviewed journals. He has successfully supervised (21) Masters and, PhD students.
