Obtain, read admission letter, download and fill the Joining Instructions (TMUC/JI/..)(Which are forms) from the University College website, www.tmuc.ac.ke. (Not all joining instructions are to be filled; e.g. TMUC/JI/3 is general information for the student and TMUC/JI/11 and TMUC/JI/12 are filled by students deferring i.e. putting studies on hold and resuming their studies, respectively.)

Pay full university fees for the semester.
passport size photos
duly filled student details forms (TMUC/JI/5)
photocopies of National ID or Birth Certificate
copies of KCSE Result Slip or KCSE Certificate
copies of fully filled medical form (page 3 of the medical form must also be filled by a doctor) (TMUC/JI/6)
copies of duly filled Emergency Operation form (TMUC/JI/9)
copy of filled commitment form (TMUC/JI/7) and filled declaration form (TMUC/JI/8)
copies of TMUC/JI/10. Fill only part A.
