Para-Professional Certificate in Early Childhood Development (ECD) aimed at offering empirical in-depth knowledge and skills to those who want to establish ECD centres. The objectives of this course are to:

produce ECD teachers and supervisors who are sensitive to the dynamic contexts of child development in the 0-8 year age group.

Certificate in Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation (RBME) jointly offered by the Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University, and the Zimbabwe Evaluation Society (ZES). ZES is a member of the African Evaluation Association (AfrEA) and the International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE).

10.Certificate in Resilience Programming Background

The concept of resilience has captured the interest of donors, policy makers and implementers who work to address problems of poverty, food insecurity, and the broader set of welfare outcomes. The past decade has seen the growth and adoption of resilience as a central focus of investments to strengthen the ability of people to survive and even thrive in the face of shocks and stresses. Yet the capacity to build and promote resilience at various levels has remained a gap. This course aims at strengthening the capacity of development practitioners to understand vulnerability contexts and the factors contributing to resilience under different vulnerability contexts.
