Details of Mutare Polytechnic Application Forms 2025/2026
- Application Form: Download Application Form from the college website: http://www.mutarepolytechnic.ac.zw. or obtain application form from Admissions Office.
- Application Form Fee: A $10.00 non-refundable is to be paid before the Interview Day and paid through the following Acc: Name: Mutare Polytechnic, Branch: CBZ Mutare, Account Number: 01320260170030.
- Submission of Application materials: After completion of form, attach certified copies of Academic and Professional qualifications; National Identity Card; Birth Certificate and proof of payment of the Application Form and post to given address.
- Certifying of Documents: To be done by Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) or Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services (ZPCS).
- On the Day of the Selection Interview:, Applicants should bring original copies of their Academic and Professional documents, National Identity Card and Birth Certificate for verification purposes and suitability determination.
